JNU held the 13th Graduate School of Medicine degree ceremony in the auditorium of JNU Hospital on Jan. 17. 40 graduates were given medical master's degrees.

To the graduates making their debut in society, Huh Jung-sik, Dean of JNU Graduate School of Medicine, asked them to become doctors understanding sick patients’ mind with warm-heartedness, and doctors leading by example even in difficulty.

After the ceremony, the graduates took the Hippocratic Oath solemnly pledging to devote their lives to human service. In addition, all 40 graduates passed the National Examination for Medical Practitioners in January, 2024.

At the event, 7 students who achieved outstanding grades in their studies, as well as professors and students who contributed to the development of JNU, were awarded certificates and merit plaques.
