'Jeju Ollegil & Self-reflection' curriculum has been operated during JNU spring 2024 semester, providing JNU students with an opportunity to plan their careers and academic pursuits with mentors both inside and outside JNU on the Jeju Ollegil Trail. The second stamp of the class was obtained on the 'Ollegil Trail Course 9'.

On the morning of April 5, the class started from Daepyeongpogu Port (Changcheon-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si), where Bagsugijeong Cliff stands with Jeju’s unique landscape in the class. Including JNU Student Council members, thirty students took part in the class.

The trail course is a special travel spot that connects with walking paths worldwide, promoting friendship. In consideration of this, the Chinese and Japanese consul general in Jeju joined as mentors. Around 30 mentors from both inside and outside JNU, including Jeju Techno Park staff members and JNU Hallimwon members completed the 2nd JNU Mentor Group.

The Student Counseling Center pre-distributed the "Guidebook for Student Counseling" and provided preliminary education for mentors to provide guidance on how to consult with students who meet for the first time, such as the stage of student counseling and counseling skills. In addition, in order to establish a trust relationship that has an important influence on the counseling process and development, an atmosphere was created in which the conversation could continue comfortably.

At the meeting, designed to form empathy, the mentees said with satisfaction, "It's my second Ollegil class, and I think I've already found my dream. As I talked and walked on the Ollegil with my mentor, I wanted to work like him." "I participated with anticipation for this Ollegil class, and I'm looking forward to the next class more."

JNU mentors emphasized the importance of self-reflection, saying, "May you find your path on the road," and "Don't focus solely on finding a job. Cultivate your personality and character through self-reflection, and job opportunities will come naturally." and finished the second class of career design on Jeju Ollegil.
