JNU Law School ranks 17^th among Nationwide bar examinations

The Jeju National University School of Law (Oh Sung Keun, Dean) placed 4^th and 17^th among the Flagship Korean National University and nationwide/25 law schools, respectively, in the 9^th bar examination performances.

According to the Ministry of Justice announcement, the JNU law school turned in 80.0% pass rate per 40 law school class enrollees, ranking 4^th after Pusan National, Kyeongpook National, and Chonnam National University Law Schools. Nationally, the JNU law school outranked Joongang, Foreign Language, Ajou, Chunnam National, Chonbuk National, Dong A, and Gangwon National Universities.

Dean Oh said he had hoped to achieve a national ranking of 15^th or better. He assured that higher ranking is within reach in the next rounds of the national bar examinations.
