이화여대 에코과학 연구소와 공동연구 업무 협약
Joint research with Ehwa University Eco-science Institute

Jeju National University Basic Science Institute (Kim Myung Sook, Director) signed the agreement for collaborative research with Ehwa Women’s University Eco-Science Institute (Won Yong Jin, Director) earlier this week (June 2, 2020).

The agreement aims at △mutual information exchange and sharing of research facilities and equipment, △joint seminars, symposia, and conferences, △joint research among the researchers, △exchange of publications, reports, and △mutual consulting involving research information and related management.

The JNU Basic Science Institute runs a series research projects revolving around the Jeju biosphere and its preservation and conservation. The Ehwa University Eco-Science Institute was established in 1997, with its research focus on biodiversity and its preservation and conservation.

The two institutes expect the bilateral collaborations to establish the network that mutually complement research programs at the two universities.
