Calls for participants for maritime structures management jobs project

Jeju National University Marine Sports Center (Professor Kim Deok Jin, Director) and Jeju International University announced that the “2020 maritime structures management jobs project” called for participants for jobs in the Jeju region.

The project sponsored by Jeju Autonomous Government aims at training industrial under-workers and provide jobs for maritime basic facilities, their maintenance and repair in connection with the Jeju coastal development, maritime facilities management, and shoreline industry zone development.

Deadline for application is June 30, 2020. Certificate holders of scuba diving, maritime industry related civilian qualifications, and those with experience in these areas will be preferentially considered. Up to 20 participants will be accepted.

The participants will undergo education and training in industrial scuba diving, theoretical and practical submerging during July~September, followed by job related activities until the end of the year.
