Intellectual Property Center’s Kim BY and Kim SH win research presentation awards

Professor Kim Beom Yong and Dr. Kim Sang Hoon of the Jeju National University Intellectual Property Education Leading University Project (Kim In Joong, Director) won Outstanding and Superior Research Presentation Awards, respectively, at the 2020 Annual (Spring) Meeting of the Korea Intellectual Property Education Society last Friday (June 26, 2020).

Professor Kim earned the Korea Invention Promotion Institute Director’s prize for his presentation entitled “Patent cases involving citrus processing,” whereas Dr. Kim garnered his award in the presidential name of Korean Intellectual Property Education Society for the presentation entitled “Intellectual properties interdisciplinary fusion subject cases.”

The annual meeting was sponsored by the country’s leading societies of intellectual properties education and Organized by Jeju National University and Daejin University.

The meeting program covered such intellectual property related topics as IP-HRD, IP-R&D, and IP-Start-Up through oral presentations.
