Subtropical Research Institute picked for “JAMS dissemination project”

온라인 논문 투고ㆍ심사 가능 저명학술지 발전 기대 Online submission/review journals to develop

Jeju National University Subtropical Agriculture Life Science Research Institute (Kim In Joong, Director) was selected by the National Research Foundation of Korea for the 2020 online manuscript submission/review system (JAMS), it was announced last Wednesday (July 8, 2020).

The JAMS dissemination project refers to the online manuscript submission/review system provided free of charge for academic and research institutions. The project supports a variety of journal submission of manuscript drafts through the foundation’s servers.

The subtropical agriculture life science research institute publishes its in-house organ and submission/review of the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be conducted and followed through the JAMS website (http://subtropics.jams.or.kr) within the next two months.

The online system implemented at the Subtropical Agriculture Life Science Research Institute will be extended to the Korean Society of Tangerine and Tropical Science and Technology (Chun Yong Chul, President) and the Subtropical Horticulture Research Institute (Hyo-Yeon Lee, Director) for their publication needs and other academic activities including conferences, seminars, workshops and specialized education.

The online submission/review system is expected to open up the opportunities for publishing scholarly works being carried out not only in the country, but also in subtropical regions in the Southeast Asia.
