Huh Seon Joo wins best essay prize at Jeju Youths Contest

Huh Seon Joo, senior classman, Jeju National University (Song Seok-Eon, President) Department of History, won the best award from the 4th Jeju Youths Essay Contest sponsored by the Youths Jeju Foundation last weekend (November 21, 2020).

His essay revolved around the Jeju 4.3 incident entitled “Exploration and Pass Down: Historic Sites.”

Nineteen essay writers comprising 13 teams competed at the contest organized by Jeju Autonomous Government and administered by the Youths Jeju Foundation.
