※ 제주대학교 학생생활관 기혼자숙소 운영지침 제3조(입주자격의 제한)에 해당하는 학생은 입주 불가

※ 보증금은 입주 전 1회 납부하여 퇴사 시 반환

※ 사용료는 1개월 단위로 선납하며, 공공요금(전기, 가스, 수도)은 실별 사용량에 따라 정산하여 후납

❍ 선발 방법

(선발기준) 우리 대학에 재학(한국어 연수생과 대학원생, 대학원 수료연구생 포함) 중인 기혼자로서 아래의 순서에 따라 선발

① 신청인과 배우자가 모두 외국인 유학생(박사→석사→학사→연수생)

② 신청인이 외국인 유학생(박사→석사→학사→연수생)

③ 신청인과 배우자가 모두 대학원 재학생(내국인)

④ 신청인과 배우자가 대학원 및 학부 재학생(내국인)

⑤ 신청인과 배우자가 학부 재학생(내국인)

⑥ 신청인이 대학원 재학생(내국인)

⑦ 신청인이 학부 재학생(내국인)

(동점자 선발기준) 선발기준에 따른 선발 순위가 동일한 경우 신입생 →재학생 → 수료연구생 순서로 우선 선발

※ 동점자 선발기준 적용 후에도 순위가 동일한 경우 자녀가 더 많은 신청인(다자녀) → 생활관 선발지침(거리, 성적 등)의 기준을 적용하여 선발

❍ 필수 제출서류가 미비한 경우 결격 처리

❍ 부부가 우리 대학에 재학 중인 경우는 한 사람만 지원서 제출

❍ 신청인과 만 14세 이하 자녀만 입주하는 경우는 입주 불가

❍ 입주자는 입주 전 사용료 1개월분과 보증금을 선납하여야 하며 입주 후 매달 사용료를 익월 5일까지 납부하여야 함.

❍ 기혼자숙소 운영지침 위반 시 강제 퇴사 처리되므로 운영 지침 확인 필수

❍ Eligibility: Married undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at Jeju National University

※ Students who fall under Article 3 (Restriction of Eligibility) of the Jeju National University Married Student Housing Operational Guidelines are not eligible for residence.

❍ Period of Residence: September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026 (up to one year from the move-in date)

❍ Status of Married Student Housing Applications

※ The security deposit is paid once before move-in and will be refunded upon move-out.

※ The usage fee is paid monthly in advance, and utility charges (electricity, gas, water) are billed monthly in arrears based on actual usage per unit.

❍ How to Apply and Required Documents

Portal System → Campus Activities → Student Residence Hall (Ara) → Married Student Housing Application → Enter Family Information of Prospective Residents → Submit Required Documents → Submit Application

※ Mask the last 7 digits of the resident registration number when submitting.

❍ Selection Method

(Selection criteria) All married undergraduate students who are enrolled in JNU are eligible according to the order of the below conditions. (include Graduate students, course completion research students, Korean Language Course students)

① The applicant and the spouse are both foreign nationals in the order of Ph.D → Masters → Undergraduate → Korean Language Course students.

② The applicant is a foreign national in the order of Ph.D → Masters →Undergraduate → Korean Language Course students

③ The applicant and the spouse are both enrolled in the graduate school (Korean)

④ The applicant and the spouse are both enrolled in the graduate school and undergraduate school respectively (Korean)

⑤ The applicant and the spouse are both enrolled in undergraduate schools (Korea

⑥ The applicant is currently enrolled in graduate school (Korean)

⑦ The applicant is enrolled in undergraduate school (Korean)

(Same raking criterion) If selection rankings are the same, It will be selected as freshman → enrolled students → course completion research students.

※ Even though ranking is equal, It will be selected as more children (multi-children) → dormitory selected instruction(distance, grades, etc).

❍ Applicants who fail to submit all required documents will be disqualified.

❍ If both spouses are enrolled at our university, only one needs to submit an application.

❍ Applications where only the applicant and children under 14 years old will reside are not permitted.

(Example)

•Applicant (graduate student) + one child under 14 → Not allowed (children aged 14 and above are allowed)

•Applicant (graduate student) + one adult family member + one child → Allowed

❍ Residents must pay one month’s usage fee and the security deposit in advance before move-in, and thereafter pay monthly usage fees by the 5th of the following month.

❍ Violation of the Married Student Housing Operational Guidelines will result in mandatory eviction; please review the guidelines carefully.
